This blend of Chardonnays of different ages constitutes 75% of the final blend of FLEUR DE MIRAVAL, the remaining 25% being made up of young Pinot Noir which gives the wine its subtle pink color. The tangy notes of redcurrant and raspberry of Pinot Noir serve to invigorate the delicate mineral, saline and iodized expression of Chardonnay. The wine is then aged on its lees in the dark for three years before being marketed.

Cœur de Cuvée 2015 is a Champagne of unique richness and identity with a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from old Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The Wines are made only from the heart of the Cuvée to extract the best.
Historically this cuvée was known as "Blanc de Blancs" since the beginning of the 20th century. “Longitude” comes exclusively from Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant. Non-vintage, this cuvée contains 40% of wines from the estate's perpetual reserve, which began in 2004.
The Vintage according to Maison Jacques Selosse: a year of harvest with unique qualities in the time scale. This Blanc de Blancs Champagne (100% Chardonnay) has been produced from 2 plots of Avize Grand Cru, which have always been the same since 1975.
