Grand Cellier is a daring Champagne, all in elegance with a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru vines in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne. The wines spend 10 months aging in oak barrels to bring power and complexity.
Hommage A William Deutz La Cote Glaciere is a single-varietal (Pinot Noir) and single-terroir (La Cote Glaciere plot in Aÿ) cuvée. The Cellar Master of Maison Deutz decided to vinify this plot of Aÿ separately to highlight the nobility of the wine, the terroir and the Pinot Noir grape variety.
Agrapart Avizoise is a Cuvée from the oldest vines (60 years old) of Domaine Agrapart located on the best hillsides of Avize (Robarts, Gros Yeux). Optimal exposure at the top of hills with very clayey soil.
Chartogne-Taillet Hors Serie is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne made from Chardonnay located on the Avize Grand Cru terroir. This Cuvée, which does not follow on from the classic Cuvées Chartogne-Taillet series, is the first dedicated to the Avize terroir.
