Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Delamotte Brut is a Champagne made from 3 Champagne grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay which provides structure, 35% Pinot Noir from Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy and Ambonnay for depth and fruity aromas. Finally 5% of Pinot Meunier complete the aromatic density.

Pinot Noir vines planted in 1993 at Terres Rouges. Its name comes from the color of the calcareous red-brown soil of this particular terroir. Only 10,462 bottles and 509 magnums were produced.
