Selected for the prestigious Itinéraires collection, this 10-year-old Willett Rye, distilled in 2015 and bottled from a single barrel, showcases the full aromatic potential of rye grain. Crafted from a mash bill of 74% rye, 11% corn and 15% barley, it unfolds in three distinct phases, each sharing a compelling and irresistible backbone of character. The profile evolves through spicy, fruity, honey-powdered and autumnal expressions, complemented by cereal and medicinal nuances that provide structural balance. A collectible, complex and beautifully shaped single barrel.
