Octomore Edition 15.1 is one of the most peated whisky in the world (108.2 ppm). A single Malt distilled in 2018 from 100% Scottish barley (Concerto variety) harvested in 2017. Aged for 5 years in first-fill American Whiskey barrels.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

Glenfiddich 15 Years Solera is a single malt aged for 15 years, then blended in a Solera cask. Tradition and innovation give this single malt its depth and harmony which becomes more complex and fascinating each year.
