Kavalan Sherry Cask is a single malt from the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's finest cask strength bottlings. Aged in oloroso sherry casks and bottled by hand, without reduction, addition of coloring or cold filtration, it is a rich, exotic and complex whisky.

Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask Single Malt Whiskey is an extraordinary blend of three sherry casks: oloroso, pedro ximénez and moscatel, revealing the dried fruits of oloroso. The richness of the caramel and the creaminess of the malt combine with tropical fruits to shape a refined and exquisite sherry whisky.

From the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's best cask strength bottlings, Kavalan Fino Sherry Cask has been entirely aged in barrels that contained “fino” type sherry wine. Bottled without reduction and without cold filtration, it is a whiskey of great richness, very delicious and with a lot of substance.

Nobly imbued with the aromas and flavors imparted by its maturation in Port casks, this expression’s aromatic and taste profile has beautifully preserved a malty backbone that remains present throughout the tasting.
