Art & Decadence is crafted using malt whisky from the Balmenach Distillery, which has been finished for almost a year in three different types of ex-wine casks - Madeira, Sauternes, and Marsala. These wine casks contribute flavors of juicy fruit and honey to the inherent sweetness of the Balmenach whisky. Additionally, the blend includes malt whisky from the Linkwood Distillery that has been aged in Palo Cortado sherry-seasoned casks, as well as malt whisky from the Glen Moray Distillery that has been finished in Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks. Finally, grain whisky from the now-closed Port Dundas Distillery has been added to provide a smooth and glossy texture.
Founded in 2000 in London by John Glaser, Compass Box redefines Scotch whisky through its “whiskymaker” philosophy: handcrafted blends, bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, natural colour . The brand is committed to transparency—component labels, the “Scotch Whisky Transparency” campaign—and fearless innovation (double maturation, toasted casks). The result: award-winning, contemporary whiskies that blend tradition with creativity.

A true essence of Scotland, Johnnie Walker Green Label is the result of a meticulous blend of exceptional whiskys; a harmonious marriage mainly composed of sweet and fruity Malts from Speyside (Linkwood and Cragganmore) and powerful and peaty Malts from the Islands (Talisker and Caol Ila).
