From the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's best cask strength bottlings, Kavalan Fino Sherry Cask has been entirely aged in barrels that contained “fino” type sherry wine. At each stage of the tasting, Oban surprises with its character halfway between land and sea. It is a reflection of the terroir from which this malt comes: the Western Highlands.
