Hampden Pagos is the result of partnerships with two prestigious Jerez bodegas: Lustau and Fundador. Barrels from Andalusia were transferred to the Hampden Estate distillery. The first edition of Pagos was a blend of rums aged in Lustau oloroso and pedro ximenez casks.
This third batch of Hampden Pagos is a blend of 16 barrels of oloroso up to 30 years old from Bodegas Fundador, filled with Hampden distillates from the iconic HLCF (Hampden Light Continental Flavoured) mark. This version has an ester content of 374.1 g/HLAP.
To highlight the perfect harmony between sherry and the high ester content of Hampden Estate, Pagos has been bottled at 52%.
Distilled in 2010, this version is Hampden's oldest bottling, aged in a tropical climate, making it an exceptional and rare rum. With an ester content of between 200 and 400 gr/hlPA at distillation, this version comes from the LROK (Light Rum Owen Kelly) mark, created in 1952 by the Hampden distillery.
Zetwal is a blend of different rums distilled between 2000 and 2013, which Neisson usually reserves for its Armada collection, an exceptional range of older vintages. Still aging in casks, the blend is refined a little more each year, giving each Zetwal edition a unique aromatic palette. Bottled in a magnificent crystal decanter, Sirius, Zetwal's second edition after...
Habitation Velier Foursquare High Ester is an exciting new addition to this range. This limited edition is a blend of rums distilled from Foursquare's famous double-twisted pot still: a rum produced from molasses fermented with breeding yeasts on one side, and another produced from pure juice cane fermented with native yeasts.
The Neisson distillery once again demonstrates its pioneering character with its new Bio single cask, an agricultural rum aged in a Mizunara cask, a rare Japanese oak renowned for its organoleptic qualities and natural sweetness. Mineral notes highlight the terroirs on which the sugar cane was grown, and the aromatic palette is constantly gaining in complexity and...
