Clos Mireille is a very old property which was acquired by Marcel Ott in the 1930s, captivated by the exceptional location facing the Mediterranean Sea and this atypical terroir. This Rosé Cuvée is totally unique, full of power, a reflection of the schistous soils and saline soil of the Clos Mireille vineyard.

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.
