Since 2008, Domaine Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot has been established in Cazelles, at the heart of Minervois, blending Burgundian expertise with Languedoc terroirs. Across 16 hectares of clay-limestone and sandstone soils, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, and Cinsault thrive at altitudes ranging from 200 to 500 meters. Cuvées like Les Fontanilles, La Ciaude, and La Cinso showcase precise winemaking and remarkable freshness, delivering elegant, structured wines full of character.
The objective of the Cuvée l'Esquisse is to bring together the new and young plots of Champagne Moussé. Designed to be fruit-oriented and enjoyed young, this cuvée has a high proportion of sizes which gives it great drinkability.
Ancestrale is a blend of eaux-de-vie distilled by André and Abel, Pierre's father and grandfather. An exceptional cognac of rare aromatic complexity where wood and "rancio" blend together with excellence. Numbered bottles limited to 300 copies / year.
The Cuvée Sainte Anne owes its name to the Holy Protector of the Village of Merfy where the Maison Chartogne-Taillet is based. This Champagne is the association of all the plots of Maison Chartogne-Taillet on the Merfy terroir and the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
