Paulin Dudognon is the oldest Cognac from Maison Dudognon. This exceptional eau-de-vie has been carefully preserved in the House's cellars for more than 3 generations. A Cognac distilled over a wood fire by Raymond Dudognon, Claudine's father and Pierre's grandfather, who today work together to watch over the family tradition and the transmission of treasures from the past since 1776.
Prunier 60 Years Old is a 100% Petite Champagne from the mid-50’s and showing all the signs of ideal ageing conditions in a cool, damp cellar. Down to 45.4% entirely naturally.
A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N°9 comes from a few carboys of a blend of very old Grande Champagne Eaux-de-vie (80%) and very old Fins Bois (20%). The quality of this great Cognac comes from this very long aging in barrels until it reaches 40% alcohol by natural evaporation.
