Antoine Mauxion was the first in the family to produce eaux-de-vie, starting in 1743, and since then, ten generations have followed in his footsteps. Today, Mauxion Selection continues to uphold the original traditions in vineyard care and the production of high-class, quality eaux-de-vie.
