Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. Exceptional Cognac bearing the Fine Champagne appellation. It is made exclusively from “Grande Fine Champagne”, the premier cru of Cognac. Noble cognac with a golden yellow robe. On the nose, delicate aromas of oak and vanilla, then violet and rose. In the mouth a lot of structure and good persistence.
