Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Around all this, we find the characteristic rancio of old Cognacs close to maturity. On the palate, again this fruity (ripe plum, prune, chocolate with cinnamon) and spicy (nutmeg, tobacco) delicacy.

Hennessy Paradis is made from very old Eaux-de-vie reflecting the personality of a great Cognac: suppleness, complexity and roundness. This exceptional blend was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979. Showcased in a luxurious bottle and box, its coppery gold color palette bears witness to the many years of aging in oak barrels.

The 2023 edition of Minuty Prestige Rosé reveals a crystalline color and a delicate fragrance. Notes of tangy red fruits take the lead, with apricot revealing itself later. Great minerality on the palate with lots of length.

This edition of Hennessy VS was bottled in the 80s.

In the Côte des Vaillons, there are 8 distinct lieux-dits which may be at the origin of this appellation. The nose is pronounced with notes of fruit and flowers, beautiful freshness and minerality. The palate is generous and refined, with a beautiful roundness.
