François Peyrot XO was produced and distilled at the family estate of Les Bergeronnettes, it is a Grande Champagne 1er cru cognac. It has aged for many years in French oak barrels in the "Paradis" cellars.

Ferrand Vintage 1984 is part of the Single Cask Collection which highlights the extraordinary terroir of Grande Champagne and the know-how of the Cognac region. An unblended Cognac bottled at its natural strength directly from a single barrel.

Audry Memorial is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, more commonly known as Fine Champagne. The youngest Cognacs in the blend are 30 years old and the oldest 60 years old.

Louis XIII, is since 1874, a tribute to the blend of the oldest and most refined eaux-de-vie of Maison Rémy Martin. All come from the Premier Cru of the Cognac region: Grande Champagne and are slowly aged in large grain oak barrels, mainly from the forests of Limousin. Each sip is a real journey through time.
