This unique Cognac includes three vintages in one, acquired by Thibault Mauxion from a family of winegrowers in the Bons Bois region. Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Around all this, we find the characteristic rancio of old Cognacs close to maturity. On the palate, again this fruity (ripe plum, prune, chocolate with cinnamon) and spicy (nutmeg, tobacco) delicacy.

Louis XIII, is since 1874, a tribute to the blend of the oldest and most refined eaux-de-vie of Maison Rémy Martin. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.
