The Boinaud family (Cognac De Luze) keeps in its cellars a wonderful selection of eaux-de-vie from Bas-Armagnac, the most prestigious vintage, which consists of a collection of vintages as well as an ancestral blend, EXTRA , whose eaux-de-vie have all reached the peak of their maturity. This 1983 vintage is available in only 6500 bottles.

An emblematic Cuvée of the house, Delamotte Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne for lovers of great Chardonnay, revealing the chalky Grand Cru terroir from which it comes. As an aperitif or around shellfish, it embodies the Delamotte spirit.

Old gold color, almost amber. The nose is marked by gourmet notes of ripe plums, plums, spices (cardamom, turmeric, black pepper) and exotic woods (warm cedar, sandalwood). Vallein-Tercinier Lot 72 Petite Champagne is a very old Cognac distilled in 1972 from vines located on the Cru Petite Champagne. The eau-de-vie spent 50 years in oak barrels before being bottled in 2022 with its natural alcohol degree of 51,3%.
