Audry Collection 78 is a unique eau-de-vie, a very old Grande Champagne from 1978. This 49° "brut de fût" is a 1978 single cask with an infinitely complex aromatic palette, a sensory journey, an invitation to contemplation in a resolutely Audry style. Limited edition of only 288 numbered decanters, enhanced by a hand-made, custom-made ceramic cap.

Hennessy ISH 50th Anniversary Cognac is a limited edition created to celebrate the 60 Years of the Hennessy Social Institute (1947-1997).

Maxime Trijol Petite Champagne 1993 is a Cognac with an orange, limpid robe. On the nose, a beautiful harmony of floral notes, cooked fruit, Morello cherry and spices mixed with a woodiness and rancio sufficiently melted to contribute to a balanced whole. Hennessy asked the Chinese artist "Guangyu Zhang" to decorate its Limited Edition V.S.O.P. in 2019 for the Chinese New Year (the Year of the Pig). The box is accompanied by a superbly decorated red lacquered bottle as well as a drawing by "Guangyu Zhang".

Zacapa Royal is the top-of-the-range version of the Zacapa with a blend of old rums aged between 8 and 30 years. The finish is then carried out in rare oak barrels from the ancient forests of the King of France bringing complex aromas of citrus fruits and caramel.

A.E. Dor Vieille Reserve N ° 8 comes from the House's old Cognacs Grande Champagne stocks. Despite its high alcohol content, 47%, it does not provide any aggressiveness to the palate thanks to a very long aging in humid cellars causing slow evaporation. Remarkable finesse!

Just two cognacs here. Both from the Grande Champagne, the base is a 1928 with the addition of a little 1920 to further enhance the aromatic range.
