Hennessy X.X.O was created in 1870 at the same time as Hennessy X.O, when the Master-Blender Emile Fillioux chose to reserve eaux-de-vie with promising potential. With the know-how inherited from his family and a 50-year career at Maison Hennessy, Yann Fillioux, 7th generation of Master-Assemblers, decided to recreate Hennessy X.X.O in 2018.

Limited edition of 1000 engraved and numbered bottles, Tesseron Experience 01 is a blend of the rarest Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie from the private collection of the Tesseron family. Aging in oak barrels for more than three generations. The sumptuous carafe is made of chiseled glass and presented in a custom-made raw oak box.

Clos Saint-Vincent is an exceptional Rosé from a single plot bearing the same name and located in the heart of Saint-Tropez. It is the rarest Cuvée of Château Saint-Maur because only 600 Magnums are produced each year and all are numbered. Round and persistent, this cognac which bears the name of the portion that evaporates each year from the barrels. It manages to marry woody and first notes of "rancio" typical of old Cognacs from Grande Champagne.

Noces d´Or Sublime is made from old Cognacs from Grande Champagne over 50 years old. It is characterized by its floral aromas with notes of green lilac. On the palate, a subtle blend of candied fruits balanced by a lively attack which brings freshness to this blend.

Hardy Noces de Perle is a blend of 10 Grande Champagne Cognacs from around 30 years old. The nose is marked by elegant aromas of raisins and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is slightly peppery then vanilla.
