François Voyer Collection Personnelle N°7 is an extremely rare Cognac, only 72 bottles were produced. It is a blend of Grande Champagne du Paradis brandies that have aged between 77 and 103 years: 25% 1920 - 20% 1928 - 25% 1930 - 29% 1946.

The François Voyer vineyard spans approximately 28 hectares, exclusively planted with Ugni Blanc, a grape variety ideal for producing highly refined eaux-de-vie. Production methods remain faithful to artisanal traditions, including double distillation in copper stills and extended aging in oak barrels, resulting in cognacs of great aromatic richness.

This extremely rare cognac comes from a family of winegrowers based in Angeac-Champagne. It comes from a very old stock, distinct from the stock of the property, the lots of which are rarely put up for sale, and always in a confidential manner. It aged for many years in a small clay cellar, before moving to the Grosperrin cellars in Saintes.
