Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Located in Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Bollinger is synonymous with quality, tradition, and excellence. Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs is a Cuvée made entirely from the Chardonnay grape variety from the four Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger. The blend is made from two great years.
