Nicolas Maillart Franc de Pied 2019 is a single plot Cuvée (Les Coupes), single grape variety (100% Pinot Noir) and limited to less than 4000 bottles per vintage. The peculiarity of this Champagne is that it is made from "free-root" vines, that is to say without American rootstock as was the Champagne vineyard before the phylloxera crisis.
Franck Bonville Rosé Grand Cru is a Cuvée that perfectly combines the chalky tension of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs with the fine and fruity notes of Pinot Noir from Ambonnay.
Bollinger R.D. 1990 is an exceptional blend from 67% Grands Crus and 33% Premiers Crus to ensure structure, aromatic intensity and aging potential of the wines. The strong predominance of pinot noir (69%) brings powerful and vinous aromas balanced by 31% chardonnay.
Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vigne du Levant comes from an exceptional plot in a place called “Bourron du Levant” facing south-east. The vines are between 56 and over 80 years old. The deep roots and the diversity of the old vines contribute to the complexity of the wine. They are, like all the vineyards, cultivated naturally to obtain the perfect maturity.
