Vouette & Sorbée Fidèle is a Champagne Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) produced by Vouette & Sorbée, located in Buxières-sur-Arce, in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. Jacques Selosse Initial Champagne is a world famous champagne that is produced by the Jacques Selosse champagne house in the Champagne region of France. It is a high quality champagne that is made from carefully selected Chardonnays grown in the best Grands Crus vineyards in the region.

Bruno Paillard Dosage Zéro is a selection from the first pressing of the three grape varieties and for the majority vinified in small oak barrels. The “reserve wines” account for half of the blend. The aging is extended well beyond the legal duration: 3 to 4 years in bottle "on the lees" followed by 6 months of rest after disgorging. Dosage: zero.

Larmandier-Bernier Vieille Vigne du Levant comes from an exceptional plot in a place called “Bourron du Levant” facing south-east. The vines are between 56 and over 80 years old. The deep roots and the diversity of the old vines contribute to the complexity of the wine. They are, like all the vineyards, cultivated naturally to obtain the perfect maturity.
