Les Rocheforts is a "parcellaire" Cuvée limited to 3500 bottles, produced by a talented Winemaker: Etienne Calsac. This is a Blanc de Blancs from a plot called Les Rocheforts located on the Bisseuil 1er Cru terroir. A champagne with a lot of complexity and minerality.

Chouilly is a vast terroir that can be distinguished in two parts. In the North, the Chardonnays are expressed with more roundness and amplitude. To the east, they have more minerality and tension. This champagne, which reflects the terroir as a whole, is not dosed to appreciate its mineral and citrus identity.

The Brut Rosé from Maison Armand de Brignac is a real concentrate of aromatic power, lots of liveliness and fresh notes of red fruits thanks to a blend of Pinot Noir (50%), Pinot Meunier (40%) and Chardonnay (10%). Avize Champ Cain is part of the Lieux-dits collection of Maison Jacquesson. This is a very confidential Champagne from 1,3 hectare plot of Chardonnay planted on the lieu-dit Champ Cain in the village of Avize. It is the second edition of vintage 2005 disgorged in 2023.

Franck Bonville Pur Mesnil 2016 is a Champagne from 3 plots located in Mesnil-sur-Oger: Le Tilleul, Les Zailleux and Les Hautes Mottes. These lieux-dits, where the chalk is flush, help to create saline and tense wines, characteristic of this renowned cru.
