Larmandier-Bernier Terre de Vertus comes from a plot of Chardonnay which has been vinified separately since 1995. This is the place called Les Barillers located in the middle of the hillside in Vertus. This terroir is very particular, delicate, saline and at the same time very complex. Cristal Rosé Vinothèque 2000 celebrates the astonishing adventure of a few bottles kept for 20 years in the Louis Roederer cellars, in search of the perfect balance. The cuvée was aged for 11 years on slats, then 5 years on points and a rest of 4 years after disgorging.

This blend of Chardonnays of different ages constitutes 75% of the final blend of FLEUR DE MIRAVAL, the remaining 25% being made up of young Pinot Noir which gives the wine its subtle pink color.
