Caroni

This exceptional new Caroni bottling, offered in a 50 cl format, was distilled in 2000 and aged for 18 years in Trinidad, where the tropical climate caused an 80% loss of its volume. It then spent an additional 7 years maturing in a demijohn, allowing its aromas to reach their full expression while retaining a unique texture.

Caroni 1996 Paradise 12 belongs to an exclusive collection celebrating the legendary heritage of Caroni Distillery. Each release comes from a unique cask distilled in the 1990s and is accompanied by artwork from Trinidadian artist Che Lovelace, whose vibrant pieces—blending magical realism and abstraction—offer a contemporary vision of Caribbean life and colour.
