Small batch of 17 casks: 6 bourbon barrels, 4 new French oak casks, 3 French oak casks previously used for Bordeaux red wine, 1 Spanish oak cask previously used for sherry, 1 American oak hogshead, and 2 bourbon barrels that previously held a heavily peated whisky.
Chichibu is an independent Japanese distillery founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto, the heir to a long lineage of sake and whisky makers. Located in the mountainous region of Saitama, northwest of Tokyo, Chichibu has quickly become a symbol of the new wave of Japanese whisky. Despite its small size, the distillery focuses on artisanal craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients, and precise aging in a wide variety of casks. Produced in limited quantities, Chichibu whiskies are highly sought after worldwide for their aromatic richness, balance, and distinctive character.

Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is part of the Sherry Oak range which offers a series of single malt whiskeys, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives them richness and complexity. Round on the palate, with flavors of ripe oak, ginger and raisin, complemented by a natural light mahogany color.
Art & Decadence is crafted using malt whisky from the Balmenach Distillery, which has been finished for almost a year in three different types of ex-wine casks - Madeira, Sauternes, and Marsala. These wine casks contribute flavors of juicy fruit and honey to the inherent sweetness of the Balmenach whisky. Additionally, the blend includes malt whisky from the Linkwood...
Mortlach “The Katana’s Edge” Special Release 2023 is a single malt with stunning impact. The subtle influence of the finely balanced finishing barrels helps show a side of Mortlach never before encountered: deeply fruity and refreshing.
