Glenfiddich 23 Years Grand Cru is a blend of whiskies aged for at least 23 years in ex-Bourbon casks and ex-Sherry casks, then refined in French oak barrels having contained exceptional wines from the Champagne region. The result of this unique finish is therefore of rare intensity with aromas of toasted bread, brioche, slightly lemony and floral.
Founded in 1887 in Dufftown, Scotland, Glenfiddich is one of the world’s most iconic and awarded single malt distilleries. Still family-owned after five generations, it embodies the spirit of Speyside excellence. Glenfiddich — meaning “Valley of the Deer” in Gaelic — is known for its elegant, fruity, and approachable style. From its signature 12-Year-Old to rare 50-Year-Old editions, the distillery excels in aging whisky in both American oak and European sherry casks. At once innovative and rooted in tradition, Glenfiddich appeals to both connoisseurs and collectors alike.
The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.
Octomore Edition 14.1 is one of the most peated whisky in the world (128.9 ppm). A single Malt distilled in 2017 from 100% Scottish barley (Concerto variety) harvested in 2016. Aged for 5 years in first-fill American Whiskey barrels.
Aged in an exceptionally fine Oloroso Sherry cask from the Sherry Trio in Spain and hand-selected in the 2009 distillation year, this whisky offers a rich, smooth profile with a complex character. Each sip reveals a harmonious blend of dried fruits, rich nuts and a bouquet of aromatic spices, all delicately enhanced by gentle hints of marzipan and vanilla. Presented...
