The Flora & Fauna range was introduced in 1991 and highlights Diageo's most confidential Scotch whiskey distilleries. Mannochmore was founded in 1971 and very rarely produces single malts as its whiskey is used for some of the world's most popular blends.

Lagavulin 16 Year Old is a very peaty and iodized single malt from the island of Islay belonging to the famous range of Classic Malts. On the nose, an intense peat smoke emerges as well as powerful notes of seaweed. On the palate, gourmet notes of dried fruit and powerful flavors of malted barley.

The Publican barley used for this edition was grown in field 43ac and harvested at the end of August 2009. It was dried and stored on the farm before being malted at Alloa in 2010. The single malt comes from twenty-seven first-fill bourbon casks, distilled in December 2011. It was aged in the upper part of the cellar until 2024, before being bottled.

This limited edition Hazelburn was distilled in February 2007, bottled in March 2025 and produced 10,500 bottles. The whisky was aged for 8 years in Oloroso Sherry casks.

A Revelation of Cask and Character 19-year-old whisky pays tribute to the hard work of the distillery's coopers, including Ian McDonald, who has been with the distillery for over 50 years. This whisky has been aged entirely in Oloroso Sherry casks, the result of a collaboration between Scottish coopers and Spanish bodegas. The Balvenie's Malt Master, Kelsey McKennie,...
