Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is part of the Sherry Oak range which offers a series of single malt whiskeys, matured exclusively in old oak barrels from Jerez, impregnated with sherry and handpicked, which gives them richness and complexity. Round on the palate, with flavors of ripe oak, ginger and raisin, complemented by a natural light mahogany color.

The Dalmore Vintage 2009 (2024 Release) is a 15-year-old single malt that was aged in American white oak bourbon casks, then in 15-year-old Matusalem and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Carefully crafted, delicately balanced and composed of the best casks from a specific year, each limited edition single malt finds its place in the Scottish distillery's "Vintage" collection....

Octomore Edition 15.3 is one of the most peated whisky in the world (307.2 ppm). A single Malt distilled in 2018 from barley 100% from the Octomore farm (Concerto variety) harvested in 2017. Aged for 5 years in first-fill bourbon barrels and first-fill Oloroso barrels from Fernando de Castilla, Jerez, Spain.

The Distillers Edition of this golden Caol Ila is brillant, clean and refined and has a depp, sweet and smoky flavour profile that suggests the intense, saturated colours of late afternoon sunshine after a storm has passed.

Waterford Lacken Peated (50 % ABV, 70 cl) is a bold Irish single malt, made from Arcadian barley grown on Lacken farm (County Wexford) and peated to ~57 ppm. It delivers a colorful, full-bodied peated profile: intensely salty, oily, and rich . The nose bursts with vibrant coastal smoke, white fruit, green tea, and hay, perfectly balancing the malt’s robustness  ....

From the Solist range, a collection of the distillery's best cask strength bottlings, Kavalan Fino Sherry Cask has been entirely aged in barrels that contained “fino” type sherry wine. Bottled without reduction and without cold filtration, it is a whiskey of great richness, very delicious and with a lot of substance.

Tale of Tokyo was born from Dr. Bill Lumdsen's obsession with Japanese culture, fashion and food. Being a city full of contradictions but also multidimensional, Dr Bill Lumdsen was inspired by Tokyo to make a “unique and enigmatic” whisky. After ten years of searching, Dr. Bill finally managed to obtain barrels of one of Japan's most sought-after trees: the Mizunara oak....

Kavalan Amontillado Cask was awarded best Single Cask & Single Malt in the World at the 2016 World Whiskey Awards. Aged in amontillado barrels, it is characterized by sweet and exotic notes of dried fruits including hazelnut which is strongly marked.

Mortlach “The Katana’s Edge” Special Release 2023 is a single malt with stunning impact. Finished in a combination of old Kanosuke Japanese whiskey barrels and old Pinot Noir barrels, this whisky is vigorous, vibrant and vital. The subtle influence of the finely balanced finishing barrels helps show a side of Mortlach never before encountered: deeply fruity and refreshing.

Talisker 25 years is a limited series of 6000 bottles which was a real event for fans of Classics Malts and lovers of single malt in general.
