Chita is the serenity of Japanese whisky, from the inventive grain whisky distillery in Chita Peninsula dedicated to the pursuit of making diverse grain whiskies.

Indigene is a Single Malt (100% Malted Barley) elaborated from a complex blend of eaux-de-vie from the 2012 to 2019 vintages. Aging is carried out according to the eaux-de-vie in a selection of French oak barrels with varied and complementary profiles (new sessile and pedunculate oak, Cognac, Armagnac and wine).

The Dalmore Vintage 2008 (2023 Release) is a 15-year-old single malt that was aged in American white oak bourbon casks, then in 15-year-old Matusalem and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Carefully crafted, delicately balanced and composed of the best casks from a specific year, each limited edition single malt finds its place in the Scottish distillery's "Vintage" collection....

In 1984, Blanton's was the first single barrel bourbon to restore American whiskey to its former glory, and later released a Gold version at 103 proof (51.5% alc). Blanton's features a higher percentage of rye in its recipe, making it drier and spicier (cinnamon and nutmeg). It offers notes of dark fruit, pecan, oak and a touch of sweetness with honey and vanilla.

The Kavalan distillery has its own cooperage, which allows it to fully control the crucial stage of aging. On the wise advice of Jim Swan, aging in STR (shaved-toasted-recharred) barrels plays an important role, allowing its single malt to reach full maturity more quickly.
