This 49° "brut de fût" is a 1978 single cask with an infinitely complex aromatic palette, a sensory journey, an invitation to contemplation in a resolutely Audry style. Limited edition of only 288 numbered decanters, enhanced by a hand-made, custom-made ceramic cap.

Bord de Mer is the first Cognac from Maison Jean-Luc Pasquet from the Borderies terroir. It is a blend with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y) with the characteristic freshness of Borderies. Ideal for tasting on sunny days, it was quite naturally that it was named Bord de Mer. Limited Edition of 309 bottles.
