The Collection of Vintage Cognacs from Maison Godet is one of the largest in the region, ranging from 1814 to present day. Godet Millesime 1989 Petite Champagne is a Cognac from a single year and a single cru to reveal all its characteristics.

Hardy Noces de Perle is a blend of 10 Grande Champagne Cognacs from around 30 years old. The nose is marked by elegant aromas of raisins and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is slightly peppery then vanilla.

Hennessy Paradis is made from very old Eaux-de-vie reflecting the personality of a great Cognac: suppleness, complexity and roundness. This exceptional blend was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979. Showcased in a luxurious bottle and box, its coppery gold color palette bears witness to the many years of aging in oak barrels.

Zacapa 23 is made using an aging process derived from the “sistema solera” technique, during which rums of different ages and profiles are blended and then aged in a succession of barrels. The first casks were used to preserve robust American whiskeys, the second delicate sherries and the last elegant wines from Pedro Ximenez.

Over the past decade, Hennessy has collaborated with many artists to reinvent its iconic Hennessy Very Special bottle. Domaine De Villaine Bouzeron 2021 comes from Aligoté vines located on the best slopes of the Appellation. Since settling in Bouzeron in 1973, the estate has selected the very old Bouzeron vines of so-called "golden" varieties which give smaller yields and finer aromatic wines.
