Faithful to the BOURGOIN COGNAC philosophy, this cognac is the exact reflection of the terroir from which it was born. This eau-de-vie is unassembled, unreduced and unfiltered. Each selected cask is bottled separately, the provenance of the vintage and the plot being meticulously traced. The sub-draft is done, by gravity, in quadrature of the moon to benefit from the mechanics of fluids.

This ancestral grape variety, mainly present in the 19th century in Charente, then ravaged by phylloxera, was reintroduced on the Dudognon estate. This early and sensitive variety requires special attention but brings very fine and persistent aromas.
