Dominated by Pinot Noir, it displays a brilliant golden robe and an expressive bouquet of ripe fruits, white flowers, and delicate brioche notes. On the palate, it is generous and well-balanced, with refreshing liveliness and a long, gourmet finish. A Champagne of great character, perfect for both aperitif and fine dining.
Vinified in stainless steel vats with malolactic fermentation, the blend is composed of a third of reserve wines via a solera system started in 1982.
