Founded in 1829 by Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Renaudin, and Jacques Bollinger, the house of Bollinger is one of the most prestigious Champagne producers. Since its inception, this family-run house has distinguished itself through its unique style and unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional champagnes. Bollinger is one of the few Champagne houses that owns its own vineyards, covering more than 170 hectares, primarily classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Bollinger champagnes are renowned for their complexity, depth, and structure. The house favors the use of Pinot Noir, which constitutes over 60% of its vineyards, to impart power and character to its cuvées.
Grand Cellier D'Or 2019 is a Champagne of remarkable finesse and precision with a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from 50 year old Premier Cru. The wines spend 10 months aging in 228L oak pieces to bring power and complexity.
Agrapart Terroirs is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the Grands Crus terroirs of Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. The cuvée is non-vintage because it is blended with grand cru reserve wines, half aged in demi-muids.
