Le Puy Emilien is an unfiltered wine, from complanted vines with 85% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec and 1% Carmenere. Emilien is obtained by a 2-year decantation in barrels. This Cuvée is of great finesse and can be drunk both young, thanks to the velvety tannins, and older in order to perceive the full depth of its terroir. This wine has great longevity.
