This single malt marks a milestone in the House's technical innovation. It is the first Ardbeg made from a high-gravity mash, whose recipe dictates a much greater weight of malted barley.

This change in mass balance creates a new aromatic identity, intensifying fermentation and revealing deeper, more expressive notes.

Aged to 48.3% vol, Ardbeg Smokiverse reveals a powerful aromatic profile, dominated by intense fruity notes, mingled with accents of fermenting barley and toasted bread. The addition of a dash of water reveals a fine peaty smoke, enriched by hints of tropical fruit.
