Chita is the serenity of Japanese whisky, from the inventive grain whisky distillery in Chita Peninsula dedicated to the pursuit of making diverse grain whiskies.

Hibiki is a noble blend of innumerous malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s globally acclaimed Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. These whiskies are meticulously blendedto create a sense of « wa » - a oneness which unveils a full orchestra of flavors and aroma.

Mortlach “The Katana’s Edge” Special Release 2023 is a single malt with stunning impact. Finished in a combination of old Kanosuke Japanese whiskey barrels and old Pinot Noir barrels, this whisky is vigorous, vibrant and vital. The subtle influence of the finely balanced finishing barrels helps show a side of Mortlach never before encountered: deeply fruity and refreshing.

Macallan Rare Cask is created from oak casks that feature an intense sweet raisin note paired with an incredibly rich and smooth complexity. These hand-selected casks are a rare and special find.
