The Flora & Fauna range was introduced in 1991 and highlights Diageo's most confidential Scotch whiskey distilleries. Mannochmore was founded in 1971 and very rarely produces single malts as its whiskey is used for some of the world's most popular blends.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years Old forms part of the Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. Deliciously smooth with a long, rich finish, the natural dark mahogany colour of the 30 Years Old is the richest in the range.

Made with a slightly higher proportion of Oloroso sherry casks, this exquisite 19 year old whisky embodies the essence of a mature Ardbeg. The latest expression of the highly sought-after and collectible Ardbeg series, lot 5 of this sublime Traigh Bhan is inspired by the beach of Traigh Bhan on the island of Islay (pronounced tri-van).

Kavalan made from barley dried over a peat fire is mainly reserved for the Taiwanese market. This Limited Edition is impressively mature, evoking both the suave personality of Bowmore and the empyreumatic and animal character of Laphroaig.
