This Perspective collection is a tribute to an old and appreciated edition of the Jura team, the Diurach's Own. Showcasing the fruity, aromatic and maritime notes of the distillery's current style, this 16-year-old first edition has not been chill-filtered and retains its natural color.
This whisky is first aged in American white oak barrels that have contained bourbon, which reflects the emblematic style of Jura: fruity and balanced. The whiskey is then partially matured in oloroso sherry barrels for 4 years, further enhancing the roundness and finesse of this edition.
