HORIZON is Alfred GIRAUD's first single malt, crafted with an unwavering commitment to quality, from grain to glass. This single malt is a harmonious blend of two distillates aged in new French and American oak barrels and in cognac barrels, which constitute its aromatic base. At the same time, whiskies are aged in high quality barrels (old cognacs, Bordeaux grand cru, Pineau, etc.) which will contribute to the final marriage, which will be aged in old cognac barrels. The unique qualities of fourteen distinct barrel types enhance this complex blend, giving HORIZON the elegance and balance that define Alfred GIRAUD's style.
