Long recognized by the family as an eau-de-vie of exceptional quality, the Heritage lot is the quintessence of what aging in barrels represents as conceived by the Bertrand family. The first Series of 500 Heritage were released in December 2018. In 2021, with three additional years of aging, 500 new bottles were extracted from the original batch: here is Héritage n°2!

Hardy Noces de Perle is a blend of 10 Grande Champagne Cognacs from around 30 years old. The nose is marked by elegant aromas of raisins and dried flowers. On the palate, the attack is slightly peppery then vanilla.

Hardy XO Rare is a blend of eaux-de-vie and is deliciously aged, giving a spirit of a beautiful amber color. The Canapés Palate is a continuous evolution of inspiring flavors. This Cognac smoothes irresistible aromas and a deliciously long finish.

This Extra quality cognac, blended only with Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, is presented in a magnificent gift box. It is a blend with an average age of 45 years, which captures the delicate woody notes and complex aromas. The oldest eaux-de-vie in this blend were distilled at the beginning of the 20th century and carefully selected in the Paradis cellar of Maison Prunier.
