Maxime Trijol Petite Champagne 1991 is a Cognac with an orange, limpid robe. On the nose, a beautiful harmony of floral notes, cooked fruit, Morello cherry and spices mixed with a woodiness and rancio sufficiently melted to contribute to a balanced whole.
