This Cognac comes from a winegrower in the town of Pessines, in Charente-Maritime, a few kilometers from the town of Saintes. Benefiting from a minimum age guarantee of 33 years, it is a cognac which was produced by a producer who is now retired. The attention he paid to aging is remarkable, with the use of new, high-quality barrels at the start of aging.
